- Removed the Widget Weather 3 dependency. The weather section won't work without it though.

- Fixed the weather issue. Uses Widget Weather 3 now.
- Fixed ability to choose 12/24-hour clock.
- Added ability to not show the weather.
- If the options aren't selectable (LockHTML4 on iOS10), you can use the settings.js to disable the weather manually.
